Vacancy Summary

Main responsibilities will be to:

- Develop an exceptional understanding of the needs of the hotels & hospitality market, covering the buying behaviours and seasonal trends.

- Deliver sales and profit targets.

- Formulate a planned approach to increase profit levels such as extended warranty/installation and delivery charge.

- Develop existing relationships through regular account review meetings with a view to establishing a buying route map so as to retain long-term customer loyalty.

- Write a detailed business plan for this market sector covering market summary, acquisition plan, strategy of this vertical market and marketing needs.

- Recruit new customers in line with vertical market business plan achieving an acceptable conversion rate.

- Manage a detailed profit and loss account monthly, which includes the management of the marketing budget.

Sales or Account Management experience within the hospitality & hotels is a pre requisite for this role and is essential. Strong, proven account management skills and an excellent, articulate and ambitious nature will be key to success when applying to this vacancy. B2B (Business to Business) sales experience is also required for this role.
