Sous Chef / Assistant Head Chef - Boutique Hotel / Restaurant Oxfordshire 18,000 - 22,000 + Meals + Accommodation if needed
Luxurious boutique hotel / restaurant located in the North Oxfordshire currently seeks a talented Sous Chef / Assistant Head Chef.
A bit about us:
The hotel is family owned and candidates will have the opportunity to meet and discuss their aspirations with the head chef and the owners.
The restaurant seats approx 50 in a relaxed dining atmosphere, the emphasis is on consistent quality and service.
Sous Chef / Assistant Head Chef Required Skills: Being able to work closely with the head chef and be able to run the kitchen in his absence taking control of the team. Experience in all sections is required, the position would ideally suit a strong chef de partie/ jnr sous chef looking to progress or an experienced sous chef looking for a challenge. A passion for fresh food,local produce and quality is essential.
