Our client’s Town House Luxury Hotel, a member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World, is looking to recruit a Head Chef.
They are looking for a Head Chef with the vision and skill to take an almost non existent food business to the heights and renown, the hotel once had for its catering.
The hotel consists of three kitchens, two lounges, two conference rooms and the most romantic and possibly oldest, 13th Century restaurant, in Surrey.
To succeed as the Head Chef you will need to be an experienced Chef with exceptional managerial skills, and a hands-on attitude. For the right candidate, there is a possible catering profit share.
This would also be the ideal position for a Chef with a wife or partner who has been trained as a Head of Housekeeping, as they are also looking to recruit for this position too.
Interviews will be held initially in Guildford and shortlisted applicants will be interviewed in Chester.
