POSITION: Pub Chef (Country Thatched Pub)
AREA: Nr Skipton, North Yorkshire
SALARY: Starting salary 18k + GP Related Bonus. In addition to the salary there is the possibility of on an on site staff flat which is separate to the business.
EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: You will be a Commis Chef or Chef De Partie with experience in Chef to providing quality home-cooked fresh food. You must be capable of turning out high quantities of food at busy times with the existing chef working alongside.
ROLE: Preparing fresh food to an English Cuisine to high standard in a 55 head thatched roofed barn conversion restaurant. Bar food is also available. You will be a person who prides themselves on the quality and presentation of fresh food.
COMPANY: A privately owned country pub with a thatched roofed of the Year in 2007 competition, that was run by the Yorkshire Tourist Board. barn conversion restaurant in a quaint village rural setting.
