Boutique Hotel Manager & Head Chef - Hotel Management Couple Oxfordshire 50,000 - 60,000 - 70,000 OTE + Holiday + Private Accommodation
We are currently looking for a dynamic management couple who has the knowledge, passion and experience to run a luxury boutique hotel. Our dream couple would consist of a Hotel Manager and Head Chef.
The successful management team will be running the Restaurant and 12 bedroom Hotel along with their team, liaising with other departments such as the kitchen, house keeping and the events team. You will need to be to delegate duties to junior members of your team and be able to run the restaurant efficiently and effectively.
You’ll be promoting a hospitable and professional image, giving full co-operation to customers whilst passing your prompt, caring and helpful attitude on to others.
Within this fast moving environment your flexibility, adaptable management and communication styles are key. You will always be looking ahead for new ideas and progressions ensuring all staff understand your vision and are motivated to achieve the company’s aims. Confidence in decision-making and a high profile combined with good time and people management skills as well as your personal aspiration will ensure success.

Previous Hotel management experience Passion for providing excellent customer experience Experience within a luxury hotel / dining environment.
