Benefits + Basic 32k+, depending on experience + Bonus scheme 40% of all margin after threshold + 20 days holiday increasing to 25 after 1 year service
Client
Our Client has been established for over 10 years. They currently have 12 locations with an ongoing expansion plan to increase to 20 in the next 2 years. Their current turnover is over 20m, with revenue generated through the Industrial, Technical, Driving, Commercial and Catering sectors.
Role
This is a new role created through expansion. With the support of a very successful Branch Manager you will be trained up to take over this very profitable branch and manage the existing consultants in the catering sector. You will be expected to maximise the revenue opportunities from the existing accounts and then develop new clients through your proactive sales ability
The Ideal Candidate
•Have at least 12 months Recruitment experience, preferably in the catering sector. •Have a proven track record in developing new business both face-to-face and via the phone •Have the skills, aptitude and experience to maintain a high standard of service to your current Clients whilst managing your time efficiently to generate new business •Be self motivated, professional, strong team player with a “can do attitude”
